Who we are

Founded by 2 girls in 2019, Daughters has grown from private studio to a Whyte Ave salon. At our core we are about the client and the experience. Both owners having grown up in the service industry, so it goes with out saying, customer service is our everything.

With that, Daughters takes our client consultation very seriously. We listen to and collaborate with our clients to ensure we are giving the best advice and options for their unique hair, lifestyle, and needs.

All of our stylists are not only passionate about hair but strive to stay educated and up to date in everything our industry has to offer. Daughters stylists regularly attend classes for colour, cutting, extensions, and hair care. You will find each stylist has their own focus and specialties , so you can choose the stylist who best suits your unique aesthetic.

Our space has been curated with intention to create a comfy and welcoming environment with all the things we love. The lounge has soft comfy furniture while you wait. We always have a plethora of beverages whether you’re a green tea or diet coke girlie, we’ve got you. We love a 90’s music video or movie on our projector. And we’ve heard have the most comfortable sinks in the game.
